A digital document is sent for both parties, confirming the deal acceptation. The cost for the consulting service will be requested and the contacts from buyer/seller are shared between them as per T&C. Our service is charged and a fixed rate, we do not use a % for the commission rate.

You can cancel for FREE and anytime, the BASIC Plan.
For Premium and Plus plans, you can cancel for free, after 12 months.
If you cancel before, it has a cost: payment of 149€ per each property profile created and 30€ per received proposal, the same conditions as the BASIC plan.
The reason, is that we create a property profile on our systems and we start promoting you property online. This has a cost for us from moment you start. Thus, the Plus and Premium plans are created for a sellers that needs a long term visibility, that’s why the monthly prices are accessible right now. We focus on the long run.

Selling off market means that a property is not listed or marketed for sale to the general public, or that only general information is published in order to get the right buyer.
